Michelle Ditter, LMT - Long Bio

Michelle Lynn Ditter is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Certified Yoga Instructor, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Nationally Certified Asian Bodywork Therapist through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Michelle’s training has included a 1000 hour program in Asian Bodywork and Traditional Chinese Medicine, many years of practice and study of Sivananda Hatha Yoga, 9 years as a certified Chiropractor’s Assistant, study of Traditional Thai Massage in Thailand, and a two-year certification program in Holistic Nutrition. Her greatest teachers have been the thousands of clients beneath her hands in the 20 years of her bodywork and wellness practice.

Michelle’s work on the table is a fusion of her uniquely combined skill sets, her deep intuition, and her desire to be a clear conduit for healing in the world. Her intention is for each client to deeply relax, experience the myriad benefits of therapeutic massage, and leave the table feeling balanced, renewed and reminded of what it feels like to be in a relaxed and pain free body.

Michelle has been a practitioner of yoga for more than half her life. She initiated her practice living in the jungles on Maui and has continued to develop her relationship with it’s many branches since. She loves to share the wonderful gifts yoga has to offer and is especially excited about her fusion of yoga and massage, which some clients have deemed “life-changing”.

Michelle is also a certified Holistic Nutritionist. As a believer of using food as medicine and the power of nutrition, Michelle has always felt drawn to the art of cooking whole foods to create nourishing and beautiful dishes. She uses her knowledge to offer nutritional consulting and seasonal workshops. She believes in the concept of ME-ganism: No one diet fits all, and what works, may change with time.

When not focusing on Flourish, Michelle can be found enjoying all things in nature, traveling near and far, playing in her garden and yard, sweating it out at Barre3 classes, running along the river, dancing to live music, cooking, snowboarding, and playing with her German Shepard-Husky dog, Railay, whom she shares a birthday with, and who will often greet you at the office and be found zen-like under the massage table, if you’re lucky!

Trinity Riddell, LMT - Long Bio

Trinity is deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space for healing. With a compassionate and intuitive approach, she draws from a variety of therapeutic massage modalities including Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Muscle Energy Techniques. Having personally navigated chronic pain throughout her life, Trinity brings both empathy and expertise to her work, finding fulfillment in helping clients manage and alleviate their own discomfort.

In today’s fast-paced world, Trinity offers a restorative pause—a peaceful, grounded session where clients can reconnect with their bodies. She believes that when the body is invited into stillness, the muscles respond with ease, the mind can rest, and the nervous system begins to reset.

Originally from California, Trinity fell in love with Oregon during a high school visit and made the move in 2019 after completing her esthetics program. She now enjoys the natural beauty and tranquility that inspired her relocation.

When she’s not working, Trinity finds joy in quiet, cozy days at home—curled up with her two cats, a warm cup of tea, a good book, and the soothing sounds of jazz on a rainy afternoon.

Savanna Sardi, LMT - Long Bio

Savanna is an integrative and intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist. She draws upon Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release techniques to weave a unique and energetic blend catered to each client. She aims, through her devoted presence and touch, to create a warm and nurturing environment for the body to do what it does best: heal.

As a facilitator of this healing process, she strongly believes her role is to create space for the body to re-member itself back to a state of wholeness. The rhythmic and thorough nature of her work will leave clients feeling listened to, cared for, and deeply supported on their healing journey.

Savanna grew up in Miami, FL, and eventually flew the coop to travel the country doing volunteer work. After falling in love with this west coast, she decided to set down roots in Eugene. A few years later, she left to travel and attend The Sedona School of Massage, a 700-hour program in Sedona, Arizona.

After working as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Colorado, and then at Breitenbush Hot Springs in Oregon, she is very excited to now be offering this work to the Eugene community!

Her massage practice is medicine for her, too, as every session invites her into deeper presence and awareness. When she’s not in a session, Savanna is likely somewhere deep in nature, reading, practicing yoga, contact improv dancing, singing, volunteering at various non-profits, or tending to her community home.

From Rachel:

I’m Rachel Wolfe Brodsky, a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to supporting holistic wellness through bodywork, movement, and energy healing. My work is rooted in over two decades of experience and a deep commitment to personal transformation and embodied living.
My journey began at Chico State University, where I earned a degree in Child Development and Psychology while working as a preschool teacher. Alongside my studies, I pursued self-guided learning in nutrition and yoga therapy—interests that led me on a life-changing trip through India. There, I completed a Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training and my first 10-day Vipassana Meditation course.

In 2008, I enrolled in the year-long Holistic Health Practitioner Program at Heartwood Institute, nestled in Northern California’s coastal mountains. During this immersive training, I studied Nutritional Healing and a wide array of bodywork and movement therapies including:
● Zen Shiatsu
● Swedish Massage
● Pregnancy Massage
● Deep Tissue and Hot Stone Therapy
● Polarity Therapy
● Craniosacral Therapy
● Exercise Therapy
● BodyMind Integrative Techniques
● Tai Chi, Qigong, Reiki, Hatha Yoga, and Meditation

Following a year of practice in Whitefish, Montana, I returned to Oregon and was introduced to Breema. This body of work touched me so deeply that it became my preferred modality of practice. Breema’s unifying principles and philosophy are foundational in every area of my work while infusing my daily life with essential meaning and greater harmony.

Since 2015, I’ve been co-instructing and facilitating Breema workshops and retreats throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Guided by a passion for women’s health and empowerment, I traveled to Bali to study Kundalini Dance with Loyalah Antara and later completed Holistic Pelvic Care certification with Tami Kent. These practices invite creative flow, emotional liberation, and embodied sovereignty—nurturing a return to the wisdom of the womb and heart.

I am committed to providing a compassionate and skillful space where healing unfolds naturally, supporting a return to inner harmony and wholeness.
